professionals and sophiscated investors

I dont understand why I cant find info on the trading halt on either Etrade or the ASX site but I come here and find someone touting for money.
Why is it the rest of us drongos have to endure the same trading halt as the sophiscated for no benefit ???
Why does only a few in the inner circle get the oppotunity to top up at a 20% discount..???
I wouldnt mind a "few more " at a 20% discount.
I wouldnt dare to count myself as sophisicated ( what is with that gentry word anyhow ) but I would put myself forward as somewhat professional -- and I would say I would be fully fledged professional with a few more 20% discounts ...
