Not sure who the prof was presenting for....but i assume it was for a uni. There lectures are copyrighted (highly enforced) as the material is owned by that university and not the prof, therefore are not allowed for public use. It was a great video nevertheless and I agree it could well have been a little price sensitive....I certainly felt that way
