I do have to agree that whilst this is wonderful news, there is probably a very valid and strategic reason that it isn't being shouted from the rooftops. The last quarterly stated plainly that we are actively pursuing competitor accounts. Clearly, some level of tactics needs to be employed to do this effectively, and it may involve not disclosing absolutely everything (even though it's frustrating as hell)
