The pushing of the denial mantra in the S&M forum illustrates the closed demographic of this forum. It is essentially a stock chat site and , as it is active , has become a chat room for many topics. The demographic appears mainly male, older and conservative. This in itself is not an issue, however, this demographic is also the source of the authoritarian deniers identified throughout the US. It will be similar here.
I agree with looking for the science in the posts and if it has merit then say so.
But rubbish needs to be picked up and disposed . Unfortunately here , it just gets recycled.
