We are just 5 or so meters above the high tide mark...
But we have some nice tall cypress trees close to the house...so might have to put in a ladder and build a small cubbyhouse or something?
Until recently however, we lived in the dandenong ranges...up there it was fires and land slips to worry about.
In the suburbs you have crime, road rage, polution and stress that will eventually get you and in the country, there are the locusts, drought, more fires and of course isolation and lack of medical services.
mmmmm....where to go?
