Columbia, I have seen this happen on lots of threads including another io stock you post on. If I had bought that other stock based on the ramping there I would be currently be facing a huge loss. As it is I didnt listen to the rampers and will be able to get it more cheaply. All in the eye of the beholder and what their motives are.
