continuing to do the same old same old that we all know has failed is the mark of inane or insane thinking.

when there is a clear problem within a sector of the community, eg. dole bludgers,. the Gov takes actions to change the dynamic. so too the key problems in the Aboriginal sector. we need to change the dynamic in Gov spending and consultation to achieve better results.
