dips in market can be quick, if u can hold on ok.
but....lately....property highs in japan 20yrs ago, america 4 yrs ago and europe 3 yrs ago havent been revisited since. there goes the quick dip in price theory. looks like a slow and steady decline is a possibility and i agree with selling investment properties now at a reasonable to lower price, except the home.
