you have insulted prop investors by exluding them from a circle of "sophisticated investors"...
this is the ultimate status they are trying to achieve !
property investor still sounds a little 'limited' and suburban...while, if you acknowledge that they are succesfull 'allround' investors...well...that's completely different status!
then, they are on an even keel with Warren Buffet...
ultimately...they just want to be recognized(as something they are not) ... which is just another CRY FOR LOVE !
