Loobs, that is funny, unfortunately true, but you missed off that they have a gold coast apartment in foreclosure ....
The other book that got people in was "Rich Dad Poor Dad" which is, IMO, a brilliant book for teaching kids about money sense. At the time he wrote it property WAS the way to go. But if you followed the guru, rather than the herd, you'd know that several years ago he switched from property to gold, firstly, and then silver.
