My only criticism is that when you talked about seminars, you didn't add the words " tax deductible". No half decent spruiker would invite you to a seminar if it wasn't tax deductible !
Nor did you mention that at these seminars, you will meet your all important mentors. Quite who these mentors are, I have never worked out, but apparently it's very important to have one.
Always use a good mortgage broker too !! Just get ready for a lot of paperwork, and endless entry and exit fees as they churn you relentlessly from one mortgage to the next.
They call it the key to Financial Freedom. Ironically, Financial Freedom seems to require taking on bucketloads of Debt first.
