I'm also not pleased with the BOD's performance, however... are you really legitimately going to claim that litigation is a scam? Mate. There are court cases. They exist. They are paying money for lawyers. WHY would they give the lawyers that money.. if.. they didn't expect a greater return on that money? That makes no frickin sense..

Oh its a disgrace, oh man, the directors of ASX listed companies should be constantly telling shareholders everything all the time even if they dont know the answer! Clutch the pearls tighter.
If they said "within 3 months" and it gets to 3 months, its "a disgrace" and this affects the share price materially. Unfortunately for you Stig market behaviour dictates BOD behaviour.
