Use your brain Stig. Are you seriously suggesting that ASIC and the ASX are so useless that people can do this stuff out in the open?
The old BODs skullduggery was well hidden and the alarm bells were implications, eg, directors not really holding. Some of the ann's made absolutely no sense, like the purchase of SKM. Who holds what.
Now we know who holds, we know what they're doing. It's not the same thing.
