I don't really want to get involved in this thread, but I'm not sure where you are getting the following "Also Looks like the recovery costs are now greater than any funds recoverable, management remains silent."
Firstly they just did an announcement on the 8th August detailing all the legal matters currently in front of the court, along with others that are being negotiated for settlement and then others they are still investigating. I really wouldn't call that management remaining silent.
In regards to recovery costs, they are certainly becoming heavy. With the rights issue and previous costs I estimate it to be somewhere between $3M to $3.5M once they spend the rights issue - it could possibly be more, but as stated, they have $6.5M AUD in front of the courts and another $15.9M AUD under investigation, so, again, I don't see how you could state that recovery costs are now greater than any funds recoverable.
As to the rest of this thread I am not going to join in. I think it is a waste of time.
