Sometimes you make good points. Other times I think you just write for the sake of it. All I was commenting on was your statement that management was silent about the court cases - I showed you they haven't been.
Second you said "recovery costs are now greater than any funds recoverable". I've just shown you that also is not true.
That was my only two points because what you said was wrong. Now that I've pointed that out you seem to shift the goal post again by saying "That aside, where is the revenues v running costs being addressed"
I guess you have to write "That Aside" because what you wrote previously was wrong, so time for you to go off on another tact.
I agree with you that many aspects of what has happened is not good, but at least admit when you've been found out to be wrong in your comments instead of doubling down and heading off in another direction.
