    The Sham have issued an ALERT to shareholders... they may in fact incur a profit! ...however don't get too excited.

    "The profit is mainly attributable to the gain arisen from the accounting treatment as a result of the Acquisition. Such gain is non-recurring and non-cash in nature."

    Q When is a profit not a profit?
    A When it is reported by the Sham

    ... a profit that is "non-cash" in nature ... what was it then? 8 chickens, a cow and some extra tyres?
