The only negative for me was on pg74 that stated 'if the Court of Appeal(COA) grants leave to appeal, the Company will lodge the detailed appeal and obtain a date for a court hearing'.
I had been under the impression that the pending decision from the COA(I was expecting it this week) was the final decision on the permit to mine but apparently it is just another interim step.
