I am not an expert and have little understanding of financials but I note the following:
In last years financials I note that the revenue was $34m with a cost of sales of $12.7m or 37 %.. The Net loss after the income tax benefit was $1.5m. This loss incorporated approx $1.2m in Business acquisition, integration costs plus share based payments.
The Qtr1 2020 sales were $15.6m and the pcp sales were $6.3 m. ( includes recurring income). Revenue for October 2020 was up was up 16% on the pcp and revenue for Nov was up 166% mom. I realise that they have been adding new business / income streams to the entity and I think that the overheads should be be fairly stable and that they will obtain some synergies.
It seems to me that a profit might be coming shortly subject to share based payment and acquisition costs which I have no idea. The growth profile of this company seems to be very good and they seem to be innovative in a market with lots of potential.
I am happy to buy under .40c but just wondering what others think ? Has anyone seen any broker research on this entity and if so what is it saying. Has anyone tried to forecast the earnings, profits etc after all the changes ?
