I was thinking of a post in the same theme but I don't think I could have done it as succinctly as you have. Well done.

I do enjoy the 'noise' - it is more fun than silence. I have run an industry forum for last six years with now over seven hundred members. I run on three principles. EDUCATION, COMMUNICATION and FUN in equal measure. Sure I come here to communicate, but I also learn and also I have fun. It is not all about one principle - we are, I hope, firstly a community- some are good, some evidently have an agenda and some appear to be nasty- a few are chameleons.

As a long term investor, I listen and learn but I have done my own research, read everything on offer regarding TNG for the last 7 years. No yoyo is likely to ruin my day or alter my conviction in my choice of TNG
I do sometimes wish that there was a personal message system here as I quite like some of the personalities but I understand too why there isn't one - ..................here is TNG's chart for the day
