Yeah, you are propping up the hybrids by increasing equity. But you aren't unlocking any value or interest for PXUPA. You are not using the CR money to pay the Hybrids. You would use it for debt reduction. That lowers the interest costs and hopefully makes the company profitable. But I don't think a cr is high on the agenda. More value is unlocked for both parties under a script based offer. CR is more part of a longer and slower recovery.
