well, i can agree that teh share buy back would be good, but i would like to see the shares bought back being those held by board members.
there is too much voting power held in too few hands, hance my comments about shareholders not getting treated as they should and also about yes me.
as for cooking the books...
well i dont know about eh coporate books, never been privvy enough to get a thorough look at that. but i do know there was always grey areas on P&l statements for individual franchisees. that when questioned were often sent on a wild goose chase, often ending up with no answer at all.
this was first hand experience. so i am sure they have accounting creativity that is used to hide debt in spurious charges.
