    The trading halt was forced on them by an afr article this morning. Hence the announcement refers to a possible update. I am not a subscriber, so can only see the following:

    Investors and insiders are anticipating a profit downgrade at listed accountant WHK Group, which could impact the $600 million merger proposal put forward by financial planner SFG Australia.
