    Hey woolydog,

    I ain't selling; I've just been buying NCM at some of the relatively low prices that we've been seeing lately.

    I just think that we will need some good news out of the Philippines to get the price moving seriously in the right direction.

    ps. the way OGC is going today its probably a good chance to top up or get in.
