I believe Patersons to be very conservative and will prob wait until may guidance to update their 2007 guidance. Both brokers seem conservative for 2008 as well if you ask me, still a slight issue with options to be issued diluting shares but growth seems certain.

Baillieu must be driving recent rally, same thing happened when patersons slapped a buy on it at 1.35. All in all a solid company but looks a little bit stretched in the short term, may see slight pull back soon. 12 month targte of $3.20 seems very achievable however.

2007 EPS guidance of 19.9 c would be dynamite if STS can achieve that. Let the good times roll.
