With the sp going skywards, I hope the profit guidance will justify such a positive attitude. I’m hoping it will be close to $4.5M due to inflows, managed funds out performance compared to all ords, lack of fee reductions and hopefully no more staff recruitment. Staff levels have hit 60+ which is way too high. We are only managing some numbers on computers so doubling FUM should only require a small increase in staff, not the blow outs in this company.
Nonetheless the profit outlook is robust.
