ERG will probably post another loss this Half/Full Year, but after that substantial profits should start to flow. Many of their existing contracts have reached the profibility stage and remember, with the Convertible Notes now gone, $18M per year is being saved in interest payments. That adds alot to the bottom line.
Additional contracts should also be added in the coming months/years. ERG has the best transit smartcard technology and now has a pretty strong balance sheet.
