I know the Kerogen rates are high, but remember they are also majority equity holders as you point out. So they are charging themselves a high rate as well. Without them, we would have struggled to carry on as a going concern.
I have no intel, but I suspect Kerogen also want to liquidate part of their holding and a Cuardilla listing could just be the golden ticket. If the timing is right i.e. fracking approved, public want homegrown gas for security, then i'm sure a lot of hype can be created and our Spirit energy contribution can be supplemented by a Cuadrilla listing.
