The answer to your question, “isnt Rutila and Todd the financial partners for FMS now?” seems to be a “NO”
I have been watching FMS looking for a possible re-entry point since I sold out during the MMK fiasco. If you go back over my posts you will see I was once a true believer and in fact I was the first poster to suggest there was likely 1 Billion tonnes of IO after doing some quick calculations on the IO area and depth during the Big Kev days.
The situation now seems to be that FMS would have had about $500,000 in cash at the end of March but now they are raising about $14 million for the BFS, but really need about $25 million to carry out the full BFS
All this information is available online, you only need to go the ASX website and type in FMS, then click on FMS to see Company announcements
If you want more information on Rutila, do the same thing but type in RTA
Todd are a Kiwi company
