    Nobody has mentioned the performance rights to be attributed to directors under certain conditions.

    They vest if;
    EBITDA by July 2015 reaches 5.5 cents per share. (ie. $9m)
    EBITDA by July 2016 reaches 18 cents per share. ($30m)

    Applying a pe to those numbers makes for some very interesting numbers, regarding the share price. There is no viable comparison with other similar companies now, because there are none. But if the company is successful, history tells us that start-ups are usually applied a big pe number.

    What this really tells us is that if DigitalBTC is successful, the profit potential is massive. Given the genuine runs-on-the-board credentials of the directors, I think this is a fabulous opportunity. I'm pleased to see so many doubters, because that is keeping the price down for now, and represents a huge pool of potential buyers.
