I didn't say it explicitly, but you've made the exact point I was trying to make. They have obviously been banned or restricted from supplying chrome ore to the international ore market, and hence forced into this niche market strategy. However, the article doesn't deal with this issue and tries to put a spin on it, thats why it seems there is dishonesty by the management.
