"The Sky is Falling In"!
Panic and dump on the TSX last night with Anvil dropping to $15.10 CD at the opening.
Steadied during the day with a late buying spree surging share price to $16.50 CD at the close.
($18.52 AU).
Where the share price ended the previous day.
Institutions are obviously snapping up Anvil with a target of "buy up to $18.50 AU".
Assuming price of copper remains high - that a housing downturn in US does not lead to lower use of copper, etc - then now is likely to be a great opportunity to accumulate.
Remember Anvil SP has touched $22.00 and profit increase, additional proven resources and improved efficiencies in ore treatment are ongoing.
The SBS move is interesting.
I seem to remember Bill has his heart set on moving into gold mining.
This might be the solution to his desire.
A speedy way of entering into a new area.
Also adding diversity to Anvil as a mining company.
