A 28-30c drop appears a little pessimistic.
According to my information Roc has a 37.5% interest
in Cliff-Head. Their portion of the $10m cost overrun
will therefore be $3.75m
Lets say another $1.25m for their share of Jacala delay.
Total $5m
As Roc has about 200m shares my estimate of cost/share is 2.5c
