I'll start by saying that I don't short, but you can buy a unit off the plan even though it doesn't exist yet, you can buy a car that is on demo at a car show even though it hasn't entered production yet, etc. etc.

Shorters are here whether we like it or not. They make the market ebb-and-flow, they strengthen rallies, they help overvalued stocks find their true price.

Wishing anyone ill is poor form.
