Roubini has not been predicting or timing the markets in the USA and abroad. He has been talking about macro economics that will ultimately have the final word over where the markets will go.
The "stuff" he has been talking about is more or less accurate but ever evolving and adapting to new conditions and economic environment.
I consider his opinion as an investor but I still trade. Finally, he has come to prominence and now his call can determine whether DOW/NASDAQ will move up or down only if he wanted to. There are much bigger fish out there that have been following his forecasts since November 2008. That's all I am saying.
