re: share purchase plan - 13.2c?? Insider may be wrong in his calcs. Ave. closing price for the 5 days may be 13.2 c, but the WEIGHTED ave. is not. You can work it out by multiplying the price by volume for each day, adding it up and dividing it by the total volume for the for days. I havent calculated it but believe it would be much higher as I suspect the volumes would be higher at higher prices towards the end.. Then again 80 % of that wted. aver should be lower. I believe, it still is a great deal. Cheers.
