Woah - saw that this morning -- can someone explain to me how that works?
-- is this bid by design something to restore confidence in the stock value?
-- and if they pull the order just before open, the SP still opens at a value determined by the algorithm not including the bogus order, doesn't it? So what is the use of this kind of massive placement?
Maybe there is some news behind the scenes we've not seen posted yet.
