Was released to the market at 10am.
Newspapers have reporters that call the CFO and ask what’s up. You can call the CFO too. Just sound professional. I do it all the time.
So that’s where the terms of the institutional deal came from. Once the 10 am release was done, they were free to talk. To journalists. And me if I cared enough to call. You too.
I don’t hold this as disclosed below. Never, ever would own this because I know the CEO for decades and, not impressed on many, many levels.
I do follow it for the schadenfreude.
