The issue price is a fair discount to both new and existing holders and a good opportunity to top up at this price for those who are long on this stock. 12.8 million shares @$3.90 is a small dilution for a company that has only circa 130mil shares on issue. In fact, i would be worried if the company wasn't spending money in order to expand the business on a global scale. Trust the vision of our CEO who is very active in this company and in the industry.
