Yep, seems like a poorly worded comment to me, based on the fact the constitution doesn't allow for a coup and the follow up comments the next day suggested they were definitely not in a position to, or planning on a takeover.
It s big deal, dont get me wrong, but it became a very big deal due to the poor language he used first up.
