    FWIW I was a buyer again today. At these prices it is very attractive considering what's around the corner with Raytec committing to AIO. In a week or 2 AIO will ann they have the funding to proceed and will be hot-footing it to Puntland to sign agreements. You'll be kicking yourselves if you have been waiting for the price to fall.
