Hi EvianEvian, just seen your post.

I don't doubt what you say and perhaps SCE are doing great things for the Chinese dairy industry. However, what they should be doing is great things for their shareholders. This is not the same thing, nor evident.

I have three questions:

1) where is the $4m rental income?
2) if this land is so valuable, why is it that SCE got it for next to nothing?
3) how high will the sp go?
