No guesses here mate but it's worth remembering the approval limit increase has yet to have an impact. Considering this will triple the amount of batteries processed, it will more than compensate for the increased competition for used batteries IMHO.
Interesting to note the increase in land holding around the Stanton Cobalt resource. The Stanton lease has an area of 115 sq km with today's announcement stating further exploration of the 275 sq km lease.
"Further exploration of the 275 sq km lease may reveal additional cobalt reserves." (page 13)
