- Low forecast PE for 2011 of circa 8 times and management has already confirmed earnings for the 2011 financial year ($8m NPBT) in ASX announcement.
- Almost no debt
- Good Industry in which they have a dominant/niche position.
- Two of the key directors have been buying the stock over the last 2 weeks and continue to retain a large stake in the company
- The company has been around for 60+ years
- Recent acquisition eps positive
- Structural changes at the company now completed and they will continue upwards.
