this will make little difference. All that happens is the NPAT achieved thru the fed govt biofuels grant gets pushed back effectively 4 weeks into 2007. Nothing would tend to indicate that arw will not ship planned output (45m per plant) for 07, (in fact there appears to be a growing possibility that the plants may ship anything up too 20% over spec (55ml). Grant will still be delivered and the JV with TPI will still likely proffer plants 3,4 and 5 in oz plus perhaps one at least in NZ plus the huge plants in US and EU to follow.

If the Fed Govt follows thru on its second look at the energy market, in particulalr the rumoured ethanol/biofuels assistance ARW may in fact grow even faster.
