I also believe this stock has some good value, however, be careful when assessing profit.
The $1.77m profit as stated, would have been a $500,000 loss if not for the $2.34 fair value gain in a financial instrument.This is a non-cash item that results purely from interest rate movements.Not a good way of indicated trading profits going forward.
