Monthly sales collected and billed have now exceeded $1,000,000 per month for the first time in TOX history. Monthly sales have tripled since the begining of the current financial year. Debt is being paid down and cash in the bank (plus billed invoices) now is around $1,100,000. Assuming the current bullish situation continues TOX will be in a position to expand operations from free cash of around 3.5 million dollars (over the next twelve months).
Profit margins look extremely healthy due to high demand for services from booming energy and mining industry remediation contracts based around Port Headland. Extra cash will allow TOX to also upgrade its thermal plant in Kwinana and chase new remediation contracts which will keep revenue and net operating cash flows growing at current very high rates.
Assume that we value this type of high growth business at ten times current net operating cashflows we get $20,000,000 IF current growth continues this number doubles ALSO the current revenue numbers are coming off an extremely low base and there are multiple revenue streams that can be captured nation-wide.
