Directors always look after themselves - lol!
I have yet to read the prospectus (I'm on bloody diap up today grrrr!!!).
Pays to stay grounde though and not get caught up in any over exhuberence - a few things to go through yet...
I will be interested to see if underwritten!!!
The conversion equation - assuming all oppies converted needs to be determined. I note it says 1 for 2 - the market was expecting higher based on previous announcements so that might explain recent weakness if this lower conversion factor got out?
Oil prices - we want to see them going back up!
Sector sentiment - would be nice to see sentiment return to peers. Hopefully oil prices head up and positive sentiment returns to the Energy sector.
Crunch the earnings numbers - noted first profits not until fin year 2009 (some for 2008). This is a long way off and oil prices and feedstock prices can vary a lot in that time.
Anyway - good to see a prospectus! I only mention the above as I think it is relevent and don't want to see people getting carried away and being burned.
Oh - and what else will be back doored into JPR - that will likely remain speculative.
