I bekieve your question is relevant and have read some of the answers given on here. Kevin Joseph was/is one of 4 directors of private company KCM, Kevin Joseph has since retired from his position with KFE and the fourth director named is deceased, I suggest phoning Ian Burston or Don Carroll for an answer. Ian is good at returning calls, an email requesting a call may be a good idea, outlining your query.

I may also follow up with IB later today. There is possibly a large shareholder liquidating his/her holding, as the daily turnover is relatively small in comparison to some large holdings, that would weigh on the market.

I have held for more than 7 years and intend to see it through to production or takeover.
