One big factor, the plant and infrastructure will not be built for free and will require considerable capital. The majority of this will be sourced from one or many capital raisings which will significantly dilute current shares. the remainder of the capital required will come from debt which will also impact on the balance sheet and profit.
Not saying the project is anything less than great but there needs to be some balance added to the discussion.
