Management are intellient and highly skilled people. If they were after a cushy job with great pay, benefits and a secure future, wouldn't they be better off with a big company? Not, as some people here like to repeat, a specie?
This company is certainly not a 'sure thing'. I have never said that it was, but I am confident that it will be done.
In recent years, what have management promised and not delivered?
Are they sitting around and not delivering?
Have they not upgraded BM?
Have they not got deals in motion?
Have they got money in the bank?
Have they got feet on the ground in India?
Some people here live in the past, convinced that history will repeat itself. These people are living in fear. There's a new sheriff in town, and he's setting us up to go from a 'specie' to a 'spectacular '
